For this role the expected salary is £37,000 - £45,000 per year.

What you’ll be doing

The Greater Picture: At Nobia, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. As a Store Manager you’ll inspire your team with an enthusiastic outlook and growing knowledge of store processes. You lead by example and with your obsession with sales and customer service you create a positive working environment, where you and your team can identify every opportunity to max out our sales. That’ll be the key to helping you not only achieve our targets but exceed them. With your entrepreneurial mindset, self-starting attitude you set the tone in all business-related terms, from financial results to building or maintaining an engaging culture. You’ll also work closely with all our customers, delivering amazing customer service and dealing with any of the issues they might have effectively and swiftly.

As a Store Manager we are looking for an individual with a strong leadership style who is sales driven and always willing to go the extra mile. Also to be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following attributes:

  • Customer service and a personable manner
  • The ability to demonstrate great leadership skills in order to manage and develop a team to their full potential
  • Entrepreneurial skills to exceed sales and margin targets
  • Experience with building great working relationships across regional teams
  • Being proactive around the market trends and competitors
  • Flexibility around working hours
  • A full UK driving license
