Store Manager | New Store Opening | Salary up to £36,000 | London 

Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading retailer as their new Store Manager for a new store opening! As a new Store Manager will be able to manage, motive and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to new and long-term clients and customers. You will build a team, develop people and thrive in a premium retail environment! 

As our clients new store manager, you will be able to demonstrate a strong retail management career related industries; Beauty, Cosmetics, Fragrance, Fashion, RTW, Footwear, Jewellery, Watches, High Value goods or assisted sales!

As Store Manager we are keen to have the following qualities and experiences:

  • New Store opening preferred - not essential 
  • Luxury or premium retail experience in either store management or senior management
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Advantage; exposure to CRM systems and clientelling
  • Network and marketing experience to establish the store in the local area
  • Able to manage KPIs and budgets to deliver an excellent store performance
  • Has a track record of driving sales and performance
  • Enjoys retail and makes sure it’s a fun place to work!

Our client can offer a competitive salary, strong earning potential with bonuses. We can offer a basic salary circa £33 - 36k and with bonuses you will earn well over £40,000! Varying other benefits as well internal progression and promotion opportunities.
