Store Manager

The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a store manager on behalf of a leading sofa and furniture retailer. Base salary £45-50K (DOE) quarterly bonus package, realistic £60K OTE.

My client is a premium quality furniture brand.

This position is a showroom-based store manager role and will entail leading a team helping customers to choose the perfect furniture item for their home.

You will ideally have direct sales experience in a competitive environment, coupled with bags of energy and lots of enthusiasm. You will be good with people, outgoing, friendly, have a positive 'can do’ attitude and have the drive to succeed. You will be able to lead from the front, personally driving sales and motivating your team to achieve targets and goals.

My client is open seven days a week so flexibility regarding working Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, is required, with 1 weekend in 4 off. In return you will receive a competitive base salary plus bonuses.
