Store Manager- Luxury Boutique

Zachary Daniels is working together with an amazing client to recruit a Flagship Store Manager who can join a thriving luxury watch brand and deliver fantastic results. The role of an Boutique Manager is a great role for a customer centric manager, someone who understands the importance of a luxury experience of all customers and guests.

This is a challenging, fun and hugely enjoyable role; this really is a role that lets you use your retail sales skills and experience to thrive. You will be given the freedom and the opportunity to drive your team and take the business to the next level with retail sales and networking with highly valued and long-standing customers. Personality and energy are key!

We are keen to speak to Managers with experience of managing in Luxury retail environments and can demonstrate sales growth. Full product training is provided, but, candidates from luxury fashion, footwear, cosmetics, jewellery, accessories or luxury cars would be an advantage.

This role will give you the autonomy to drive your business in the way you see fit, our client will give you the freedom to actually retail and deliver results.

Our new Store Manager will be an active presence in your store, you will be willing and able to support colleagues to develop and progress their careers. It is important that you can work with your Brand/Retail Director and be able to manage all aspects of the store in their absence. With a background in premium retail, we are seeking an established Store Manager who can succeed in an extremely competitive retail environment.
