• Job Title/Location: Stockbroking Product Owner, City/Home Counties & WFH
• Salary: £negotiable, average bonus 18% (£18,000) + pension contribution to 13% c.(£13,000)
• WFH: 2 days office + 3 days WFH (can be split between City office & Home Counties base)
• Requirements: Looking for stockbroking experience, a strong product lead/ownership background + platform experience and good direct securities knowledge
• Role Snapshot: Develop & deliver all brokerage initiatives, support growth of the stockbroking proposition + product own on large scale initiatives & strategic projects

This team plays a key role in delivering the stockbroking strategy whilst developing a market leading, competitive & efficient proposition for the UK business.

The Role: As a Stockbroking Product Owner, you will work with external vendors & internal stakeholders to ensure brokerage requirements & needs are met for all customers. You will work closely with the Product Teams, Brokerage Capability, Investor Servicing, Business Change, Marketing, Compliance and Analytics Teams. Responsibilities include:

• Lead efforts with internal & external parties to design innovative, market leading customer solutions.
• Own the brokerage product backlog regularly reviewing, specifying the items within the backlog and ensuring that they are well defined, prioritised and estimated.
• Support, and in some cases lead, the design, development and launch of solutions for projects such as, UK Govt Gilts & Corporate bonds, International Dealing/Multi-currency & IPO’s.
• Involvement in the overall growth of the broader stockbroking proposition and strategy.
• Co-chair the monthly Order Execution Group meetings.

Experience/Skills Required: For the Stockbroking Product Owner role, our client is looking for stockbroking experience, a strong product lead/ownership background + platform experience and good direct securities knowledge.
