We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing business as a Stock Purchaser. This part-time position offers flexible working hours that are perfect for those who require a work schedule within school hours. The successful candidate will have experience in a stock purchasing and procurement role, as well as proficiency in inventory management systems.

Stock Purchaser Main Duties
* Manage the purchasing process for stock and materials required for manufacturing operations
* Maintain meticulous records and manage stock levels to ensure seamless event execution
* Source and purchase high-quality stock to meet the specific requirements of our diverse range of events
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
* Collaborate with internal departments to forecast stock needs and plan procurement activities
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and stock levels
* Analyse data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to stock purchasing and procurement

Stock Purchaser Requirements:
* Proven experience in a stock purchasing and procurement role
* Proficiency in inventory management systems
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
* Own transport is essential due to the location of our facility
