We are recruiting for Stock Condition Surveyors on a self-employed basis for a 12 month programme of Surveys.

Working self-employed this will be paid by the survey, uncapped earning potential and can work outside of IR35.

-Age of components

-RDSAP

Candidates should have previous surveying experience, or undertaken similar types of work in domestic properties. Should have experience undertaking EPC's or RDSAP. Preferably a qualified domestic energy assessor.

Excellent opportunity if looking for flexible work, completely self-employed, paid by the survey with large amounts of work to be completed.
