We are looking for a Stock Auditor, who ensures that the relationship between the customer and the laundry is maintained to the highest standard and that the company’s assets and linen stocks are used in the best interest of the customer and the company.

Role responsibilities and summary

Customer Service/Retention:

  • Constantly seek out opportunities to improve systems and procedures.
  • Ensure customers are aware of and using My Elis

Linen Return Profile & Customer Flow reviews:

  • Support customer communication
  • Assist in the identification of textile loss & misuse
  • Report all back to site via current available methods
  • Subject Matter Expert [SME] for customer demand & level
  • Ensure all trackers & documentation relating to customer demand/stock is updated & maintained as required
  • Support Customer Flow Reviews as required
  • Either directly or in-directly through data & customer usage, behavioural in-sight provision
  • Customer premises’ stock count and stock level control
  • Responsible for identifying customers with abnormal repetition of linen orders or overconsumption (through analysing orders, missing quantity and quality rejects).
  • Each month, propose a list of customers where a stock-count should be organized to control stock level and get potential overstock back.
  • Target customers with low textile maturity
  • Assist in & prepare site for customer flow review

Secure Customer Installation / Demobilisation:

  • A key stake holder in new customer installation; they have access to the contract details to have all the information required to fulfil it (no linen can be ordered without a signed contract)
  • Liaise with Customer Services & Account Management on the setups for new accounts, contributing to the process of determining how much Textile will be purchased and ensuring they are set up in such a way as best fits the demand capabilities of the plant(s)
  • Responsible for the internal communication regarding new customers and must control that all key stake holders are informed (production, customer service, sales)
  • No order should be placed if the circulating pool and/or the storeroom stock are sufficient to set-up the new customer.
  • Provide data for customer demobilisation / withdrawals to ensure all stock is return / recovered
