Station Assistants
We have customer service opportunities at Bristol Parkway Station. As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at BPW Station. We have a possession taking place between Wednesday 3rd July - Thursday 18 July as well as a follow up on Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th July and Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th August. Buses will run between Bristol Parkway - Newport/Cardiff.
You would be providing this information to members of the general public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care!
You will be involved in....
- Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
- Supporting customers needing assistance
- Ensuring the safety of the station environment
- Providing a friendly and personable service
Pay rate: £12.00 per hour + £80 if you meet the criteria
Shifts: Various - 07:00 - 14:00 and 13:30 - 21:00
Contract: 8 days each 3rd July - 10th July OR - 11th July - 18 July

Please note a zero-alcohol tolerance is to be adhered to working on the railway and candidates cannot turn up under the influence of alcohol.
