Job Title: Full-Time Level 3 PractitionerLocation: Stamford, Lincolnshire

Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Practitioner seeking a fulfilling role in a nurturing nursery environment? Our nursery in Stamford is looking for a committed individual to join our team on a full-time basis. We offer a supportive atmosphere that prioritizes children's development and personal educational growth, including forest school settings and a "home from home" environment. Our staff are also trained in safer sleep practices.

Job Description: As a Level 3 Practitioner, your role will involve:

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's development across all areas.
  • Creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe and valued.
  • Incorporating forest school settings into the curriculum to promote outdoor learning and exploration.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, including following safer sleep practices.
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and communicating effectively with parents/guardians.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • Knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework and curriculum.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with colleagues and families.
  • Safer sleep training is preferred but not essential (training can be provided).
