Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse (Band 5) - Medical to work in Guernsey, Channel Island on a full time permanent basis. The role will be to:
- Be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care for patients. 
- Provide prescribed nursing care without supervision, within the level of the post holders’ experience, referring to a more senior nurse when necessary. 
- Deliver care in accordance with current ward philosophy
- Take charge of the ward and supervise nursing staff on a regular basis.
- In line with team leader gain experience in providing leadership to junior staff
- The medical wards provide care for a variety of medical conditions - such as endocrine, cardiac, pulmonary, renal, haematological and malignant conditions. The unit has a total of 48 beds, with care provided by a multidisciplinary team
To apply you will need to be a Staff Nurse with previous experience co-ordinating ward activities. You will need to be able to prioritise and organise your own workload and provide evidence based care.
Salary: £36,000 - £42,700

The client offer a full relocation package which includes interview and relocation travel, this is in addition to competitive pay, annual bonus and additional bonus scheme of £3,000, payable after two and four years.
