Sprinter Driver – Preston - £10.51 p/h

Montgomery Distribution is seeking a Sprinter Driver to join the team at their site based in Preston.

Description:

The purpose of the role is to complete multi-drop home deliveries of various sizes in England.

Responsibilities

· Keeping vehicle tidy.

· Packing and loading the vehicle, taking account of the delivery order and making sure that items are easily accessible.

· Checking that all of the items are accounted for against delivery sheets.

· Examining the vehicle before setting off, checking the load is safe.

· Planning routes.

· Helping unload goods at the delivery point.

· Obtaining delivery signatures from customers

Salary:

Working hours – 40 hours basic

Pay - £10.51 per hour

Overtime after 40 hours at £11.56 per hour
