Our international client, with a global network of offices, provides business executives around the world with tailored practical conferences, large-scale events, online events, and webinars, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and the regulatory landscape. To maintain their leading position and build upon their enviable customer base, they have an immediate need in London for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to focus on the emerging technologies (AI etc.) sector.
  
Sponsorship Sales Manager Rewards:

The Sponsorship Sales Manager role:  
  • Driving new sponsorship revenue across a growing portfolio of events and webinars
  • Delivering independent research to identify potential sponsors
  • Exploring new topics and market segments, mapping new emerging markets
  • Developing and maintaining a database of existing and potential sponsors
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
  • Selling online events, webinars, and associated services at senior levels
  • Performing key account management
  • Deepening client relationships
  • Reviewing, forecasting, and reporting
  • Collaborating with marketing, production, and operations colleagues
  • Researching and launching new events and conferences
  • Attending events to ensure smooth running and improve customer service through face-to-face interaction
Sponsorship Sales Manager Requirements:  
  • Degree educated with a passion for sales
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (digital media, technology, or similar)
  • A record of sales achievement
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and current affairs
  • Intelligent and articulate
  • Solution led
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Structured approach with solid time management
  • Hunter mentality
  • Commercially minded with business acumen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Open and eager to learn
