Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + circa £9,000 commission

Benefits: £600 car allowance & benefits package

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Washrooms & Cubicles will involve:

• Specification sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of washrooms, toilet cubicles, vanity units, lockers, panels and benching
• Majority of your time will be spent generating specification with architects & interior designers and local authorities
• The remaining portion of your time will be dealing with and following projects through with main contractors / tier 1’s
• Represent the company at trade shows, events and conduct company CPD presentations to clients
• Targeted to write 40-50 specifications per month (15 self-generated)

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Washrooms & Cubicles with:

• Must have construction sales experience
• Must have experience selling a related interior product such as: washrooms, washroom panels, vanity units, washrooms, cubicles, lockers, glass lockers, sanitaryware, bathroom products, kitchens, glazing, acoustics, carpets, flooring, decorative glass, partitions, glass partitions, architectural systems
• Ideally specification sales experience however would consider a contractor / merchants driven sales professional
• Ideally have experience conducting CPD seminars
• Excellent influencing and communication skills; well-spoken and personable; able to get on with diverse personalities
• Strong analytical, negotiating and decision making abilities
• Results orientated, hungry, personable and enthusiastic
