Language recruitment Services Ltd (LRS) is recruiting an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join the sales team of an innovative international manufacturer of energy-saving solutions.
The successful candidate will drive growth and foster business opportunities in the commercial building market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and expand market presence on the commercial market by collaborating closely with specifiers and project influencers (architects, interior designers, MEPs consultant and more)
- Work directly with and develop strong relationships with specifiers to establish a robust pipeline of new business
- Enhance awareness of the full product offering by educating specifiers
- Participate in local trade groups and networking events
- proactively initiate and execute new strategies to enable market growth
- Maintain accurate account information and sales records in the CRM tool
You will bring:
- Previous experience in the commercial building industry
- Proven track record of fostering B2B relationships to build customer businesses
- Knowledge of the construction industry and the specification-to-order journey
- Well-developed connections with MEP consultants involved in CAT A/B fit-outs
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to foster BtoB relationships and strong rapport-building skills.
