Location: Reading

We are looking for a band 6 or 7 SLT, available for an immediate start working 30hrs/week

End date: 01/07/2024

Shift pattern: Monday Friday, 8-5, flexibility offered

Essential:

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Full UK license and access to own car for work purposes
  • HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
  • Needs to have experience of working in Paediatrics
  • Experience of working in mainstream and special schools to carry out assessment of Speech, language and communication needs.
  • Ability to write SMART goals and provide advice and recommendations based on the needs of the child and their family/carers.
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports for the EHCP process to tight 6 week deadlines
  • Ability to write concise therapy plans with clear outcomes and relevant activity programmes
