Job Description

Are you a Residential Mortgage Advisor looking to develop your knowledge of specialist lending? Perhaps you’re a paraplanner with experience of the specialist market who aspires to become an advisor? Or maybe you already have some experience of advising in the specialist market and want to fully embrace this side of your role?

We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor – someone who wants to spread their wings and grow, not just their income, but also their knowledge regarding complex mortgages.

What to expect from us
  • Join a team of 30 advisors for the UK’s largest specialist advisor firm
  • Competitive salary – £70k OTE with uncapped commission
  • A chance to work in complex residential and buy to let mortgages, bridging, commercial and development finance
  • Access to a wide range of specialist leads
  • Attain CAS status and work within our mortgage advice standards framework
  • Assist landlords with complex funding solutions
  • Maintain a high standard of industry and product knowledge, especially with regards to new products, laws and regulations
  • Liaise with other related professionals such as solicitors, tax advisors, estate agents and surveyors
  • Work closely and collaboratively with other departments in the provision of great service
  • Be involved in team building, social activities and events organised by the business
  • Current winner of ‘Best Buy to Let Broker’ at the Mortgage Strategy Awards 2023 and ‘Specialist Broker of the Year’ at the MoneyAge Mortgage Awards 2024
