The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the existing Spares Parts & Logistics team, during the implementation of a new ERP system.

The role will be based in the UK at our Ross-on-Wye office.

This is an 18-month fixed term contract.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to the Spares & Logistics Manager and Coordinator

  • To answer in coming telephone calls.

  • To take and process spare part orders.

  • To package outgoing orders.

  • To unpack and distribute returned items.

  • To assist in the unloading of deliveries.

  • Unpack, check and replenish stock deliveries to correct locations, this may involve manual handling.

  • To assist in maintaining the high standard of tidyness in the stores.

  • Help check & maintain forklift.

  • To assist in stock taking.

Ihr Profil und Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • A good working knowledge of ERP systems (essential).

  • Proficiant in using MS Office 365 software (essential).

  • Good keyboard skills.

  • Be able to use telephone system, fax and photocopier.

  • Basic engineering knowledge.

  • Be pro active.

  • Basic stores knowledge.
