Spare Parts Assistant
The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the existing Spares Parts & Logistics team, during the implementation of a new ERP system.
The role will be based in the UK at our Ross-on-Wye office.
This is an 18-month fixed term contract.
Roles and Responsibilities:

To provide support to the Spares & Logistics Manager and Coordinator
-
To answer in coming telephone calls.
-
To take and process spare part orders.
-
To package outgoing orders.
-
To unpack and distribute returned items.
-
To assist in the unloading of deliveries.
-
Unpack, check and replenish stock deliveries to correct locations, this may involve manual handling.

To assist in maintaining the high standard of tidyness in the stores.

Help check & maintain forklift.

To assist in stock taking.
Ihr Profil und Ihre Qualifikationen:

A good working knowledge of ERP systems (essential).
-
Proficiant in using MS Office 365 software (essential).

Good keyboard skills.
-
Be able to use telephone system, fax and photocopier.

Basic engineering knowledge.

Be pro active.
-
Basic stores knowledge.
