Your Role:

This role could be perfect for a former-teacher with private childcare experience, or a tutor who thrives outside the traditional classroom setting. You will join a dedicated childcare team, focusing on three young and curious children aged between 1 to 10 years old, to foster and enrich their Spanish language proficiency through interactive, playful experiences beyond the confines of four walls.

You Will Bring:

  • A wellspring of educational ingenuity
  • Flexibility to adapt to the Principal's dynamic lifestyle
  • Meticulous organisation paired with a buoyant spirit
  • Intuitive anticipation of the family's and children's needs
  • Enthusiasm for sports with proficiency in swimming; skiing would also be beneficial
  • A proactive mindset, seamlessly integrating into a team-oriented environment
  • A proven track record with at least 3 years' experience in a high-profile home and educational expertise
  • Your own vehicle, complemented by confident driving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct Spanish lessons and activities
  • Transport and chaperone children to school and various activities (a vehicle and insurance will be provided)
  • Support the family and their core support team in travel and leisure planning
  • Manage and innovate the children's play areas and educational resources
  • Support homework and curricular progression
  • Plan for and celebrate the children's milestones and social engagements
  • Collaborate closely with the household team for a harmonious daily rhythm

Benefits:

A permanent role with a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, paid time off, and sick pay

Next Steps:

Interviews and trials taking place now with employment to start in August 2024.

Your Next Chapter Awaits:

If this position resonates with your career aspirations and personal ethos, and you possess the sought-after experience and verifiable references, we invite you to apply.

We look forward to potentially welcoming you to our client's home and to the Chace People community.
