As site manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the work's carried out by our client's contractors, delivering a portfolio of projects which include all of Inditex's retail brands such as Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Duty, Bershka, Oysho and Zara Home.

It is imperative that this person has previous retail fit out/demolition experience and is proficient in both Spanish and English.

Our client is a multinational construction company offering global quality solutions in all phases of the construction process with offices globally and more than 20 years of experience with a highly qualified multidisciplinary team.

They operate globally with offices in Spain, France and United Kingdom. In addition, they work offsite in Portugal, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, México, Brazil and Perú.

Description

  • Supervision, coordination, and control of works carried out in the assigned works for both personnel or subcontractors.
  • Placing orders including all relevant information through purchases, planning the work to be done to obtain an effective performance and maximise the profitability of the work.
  • Ensure compliance with PRL regulation
  • Coordination of subcontractors and incident reporting, working closely with the Project Manager

Profile

  • Previous fit out/demolition experience across retail/commercial/housing projects.
  • High level of Spanish & English language.
  • Valuable experience working with ERPs.
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel.
