Our client is a high-class interior design brand that works with the entire day area of the home. They are about to open their flagship showroom in London.

Mission:

Be your customers' main contact. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for welcoming. customers, supervising project design and follow-up through to final delivery and after-sales management.

Tasks description:

• Participating in the smooth running of the showroom.
• Welcoming customers and identifying their needs.
• Presenting the company, its products and services and explaining them.
• Designing the preliminary project, advising on and/or participating in the choice of materials and finishes.
• Negotiating the project and concluding the sale in accordance with the company's terms and conditions.
• Compiling a complete file containing all the information needed to place orders with suppliers and ensure that the installation and works are carried out correctly.
• Contacting the customer when work starts, monitoring progress against deadlines and dealing with any after-sales service.
• Carrying out site acceptance checks and passing on the necessary information to the technical department for any finishing work.
• Taking part in sales meetings and passing on needs and useful suggestions for the development of products and services.
• Taking part in any showroom events.
• Helping to pass on information to the various departments.
• Reporting to the Showroom Manager.
• Ongoing training.
• AutoCAD Experience

Candidate's profile:

• Passionate about decoration, furnishings, and interior architecture, you have proven experience in the kitchen and upmarket decoration sector.
• Autonomous and honest, you have a sense of customer service, which is essential to the success of your job.
• The candidate will need to have a real commercial orientation and must have customer satisfaction as their primary objective.
• Reaching ambitious targets is a motivation for you.

Position's characteristics and conditions:

• Full-time permanent contract. 39h.
• Fixed salary + variable depending on closed sales.
