As a Spanish Speaking Credit Control Specialist, you will be a vital part of the finance team, utilising fluent Spanish speaking skills to ensure the smooth flow of financial transactions.

In this position you will be asked to...

• Managing a ledger containing numerous high value accounts controlled by Spanish speaking stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing credit-related queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless credit processes.
• Keep meticulous records of customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyse payment trends, identify discrepancies, and generate regular reports.
• Monitor overdue accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies.
• Contact clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any payment issues.

Qualifications and Skills...

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish is a must.
