Global Organisation based in Manchester require a Spanish Speaking Accounts Receivable Associate to joining an established team

Reporting to the Credit Manager and working as part of the accounts receivable team, the primary responsibility is to maintain the day to day operation of the assigned portfolio of accounts within the company guide lines


Key duties include:

* Maintaining the sales ledger records for their Spanish customers
* Entering and allocating cash including customer debits.
* Processing and updating credit claims.
* Raising credit notes.
* Matching / Allocating items in the sales ledger and maintaining tidy and accurate records.
* Raising sundry invoices or credits
* Raising supplementary invoices or credits.
* Sharing system knowledge / shortcuts with team.


The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

* Fluent Spanish
* Experience of working in a finance team (desirable but not essential)
* Proficient excel
* Good interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative

This role will suit a fluent Spanish speaker with previous finance experience or a graduate who speaks Spanish
