Sous Chef required for a busy Restaurant and Bar in Clevedon, North Somerset. The site is well-established, operates 7 days a week and is part of a growing small group of independent restaurants. We are looking for a reliable, personable Sous Chef to support the Head Chef with all aspects of kitchen management. There is an option for working a 4-day week and other great benefits. The contract is 40-45 hours per week.

Salary

£30k to £33k + c£3k tips per year.
