Sous Chef

We are seeking a very talented Sous Chef to join our clients team. Already making a name for itself as the next big thing. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking, and menu planning and of course people.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Head Chef in menu development and execution

Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food production

Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

Ordering supplies and managing kitchen inventory

Collaborating with the culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences
