Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our guests. Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations

- Help plan and develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team

- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards

- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist with special events or catering functions as required

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities

- Proficient in food preparation, cooking, and plating techniques

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
