• A versatile culinary professional with the confidence to work across all kitchen sections whilst managing the team.
• Determined to deliver a consistently excellent product and unwavering in their desire to maintain the highest standards.
• Innovative and creative. Always seeking to improve and introduce new systems and techniques whilst pushing culinary boundaries.
• A strong communicator and manager. Guiding the team through the day with a self assured calm.
• Financially astute with an awareness of cost control and budget management.
• Fully versed in kitchen health & safety and compliance.
