Sous Chef / Chef de Partie £13 - £14 per hour - Full-time Clevedon / Portishead - near Bristol

The Role

As Sous Chef you will have a passion for fresh food and the enthusiasm and drive needed to work in this busy, upbeat kitchen. As part of a vibrant hospitality team, you will work with the Head Chef to prepare menus with dishes using fresh and local ingredients, working effectively as a team player with other kitchen staff, and having design input into the menus.

The Venue

A newly refurbished and popular pub between Clevedon and Portishead, serving fresh, varied and excellent quality food at affordable prices. Where possible ingredients are sourced locally.

The Person

The successful Sous Chef / Chef de Partie will be flexible towards working hours including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays, ideally with some previous experience in a similar environment.

You will be a strong Chef de Partie, ambitious, energetic and forward thinking, looking for the next move in your career, or a competent Sous Chef wanting to push the boundaries and develop in an independent pub.
