As a Solutions Engineer, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, serving as the critical link between innovative technology solutions and the client's unique business challenges. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication to design and implement solutions that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will contribute to the growth and success of the organization while playing a key role in driving digital transformation for our clients.

What you will be doing...

1. Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design innovative, scalable, and customized solutions.
2. Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise, and recommending optimal solutions based on their specific challenges and objectives.
3. Pre-sales Support: Work closely with the sales team in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal development.
4. Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation phase by providing technical guidance to the implementation team and ensuring successful deployment of solutions.
5. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and product updates to maintain a high level of expertise in the solutions we offer.

What you will need...

• Bachelor's Degree - MUST HAVE
• Understanding of technology infrastructure, software development, and cloud computing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
