Solutions Consultant

Solutions Consultants will serve as experts in our products and solutions within the sales department, with key responsibilities including:

1. Collaborating closely with Account Executives to understand prospect requirements and showcase the value of the products offerings.
2. Contributing to the qualification, development, and closure of sales opportunities by providing essential product and solutions insights to prospects.
3. Assisting in enhancing the sales team's knowledge and expertise regarding products and solutions.

As a product expert, you'll be the primary resource for inquiries regarding the functional and technical aspects of the platform. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering value internally to support the sales team and externally to assist prospects.

Responsibilities

• Meet qualified prospects alongside an Account Executive, acting as a product and solutions expert.
• Work closely with qualified prospects to understand their needs.
• Own technical responses to RFIs and RFPs as well as technical content of sales proposals.
• Present proposals to prospects alongside members of the sales team.
• Facilitate a smooth handover to customer success.

Requirements

• Experience in a Presales role within B2B SaaS.
• Ability to communicate product and solution information to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to confidently present product and solution information.
