Solution Architect

Role: Solution Architect - CRM
Salary: Up to £95'000 + 10% bonus
Location Bristol HQ - 2 days p/w on site.

This market leader in the facilities management industry is looking for a CRM Solution Architect to help integrate their CRM systems and help them implement Salesforce as their main CRM.

Experience Required:

• Demonstrable experience architecting and overseeing Customer focused cloud-based systems (Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle etc.) and integrations including Mobile App, Web, Asset and Facilities Management, Finance etc.
• Experience with hospitality/property management systems is also highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a technical/solutions architect or related role, in a variety of industries; you will have the lessons learned from previous positions both good, and bad, and be able to apply these to this role.
• Expertise in business architecture capability modelling and process improvement.
• Proven experience helping to drive the adoption of new and emerging technology aligned to business needs in the Customer / Property domain, through understanding technology trends and prototyping / evaluating their practical application including low-code/no-code technologies.
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with strong business acumen and ability to understand organisational needs.
• Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Relevant Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related area
• Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for all things Customer and Property Management including CRM, Marketing, Bookings/Inventory, Check-in, Check-out, and workflow while our customers are living with us.
• Validate and assure the technical suitability of solutions proposed by Implementation Partners, ensuring we drive early release of value, and pragmatic solutioning always.
• As a key member of our Architecture team, you will ensure all solution proposals align with our technology strategy, architecture principles and standards, working closely with projects and enterprise architecture to assure these solutions through technical design authority.
• Be the Technical lead during any software evaluations and RFI / RFP, facilitating technical requirements capture, scoring, workshops, questions, and answers etc.
• Ensure that all technology solutions meet security and regulatory compliance requirements, implementing security measures to protect our data and systems.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends and propose innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with technology teams, business functions, and external suppliers to implement solutions that meet business needs and align with architectural principles.
