Solicitor

Eventus Legal are seeking a Solicitor to join a very well-established and reputable law firm. This is a full-time, permanent job based on the outskirts of Manchester. In addition to a competitive salary they also offer a generous holiday allowance.

Role Responsibilities

My client is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Private Client team. You’ll be managing a mixed caseload of Private Client matters and ideally will have some experience handling some residential property matters.

Your caseload will comprise of the following:

• Wills
• Trusts
• Probate
• Estate administration
• Inheritance Tax advice
• Intestacy matters
• Disputes
• COP applications

Person Specification

We are actively seeking applications from Solicitors who can manage a caseload of Private Client matters. As mentioned, ideally you will also have some experience handling residential conveyancing matters. Applications are also welcome from Residential Conveyancing Solicitors who may have recently qualified and spent some time in the Private Client department during their training contract. You will also be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
• Friendly and approachable
• Client focused
• Team player
• Excellent IT skills
