Solicitor - Wills and Probate

I am currently seeking a talented and experienced Solicitor with a minimum of three years' expertise in Wills and Probate to join a dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have a solid grounding in estate administration work and will play a key role in providing exceptional legal services to clients.
 
Job Title: Solicitor - Wills and Probate
Salary: from £40,000 per annum
Experience Required: Minimum of three years in Wills and Probate
Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
 
Responsibilities:
·Handle a diverse caseload of Wills and Probate matters efficiently and effectively.
·Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to will drafting, estate planning, and probate administration.
·Manage estate administration tasks including obtaining grants of probate, administering estates, and distributing assets in accordance with legal requirements.
·Conduct legal research and stay updated with changes in legislation related to Wills and Probate.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with support and guidance throughout the legal process.
·Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Requirements:
·Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years' experience in Wills and Probates.
·Strong grounding in estate administration works.
·Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
·Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
·Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
