Achieve Professionals has a brilliant opportunity for a talented Personal Injury Solicitor with 2 years plus PQE to join the Union Accident Team who is passionate about helping others and can work as part of a team with a common goal.

Position: Personal Injury Solicitor

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Salary: Starting from £41,430

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing own caseload including EL/PL/OL/CICA
  • Mix of pre-litigated/litigated files
  • Dealing with ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court work
  • Taking statements
  • Liability investigations
  • Instructing medical experts
  • Drafting summonses/writs
  • Consulting with Counsel
  • Appearance in court/tribunal
