We are on the lookout for an ideal candidate with 3-5 years PQE as a Solicitor, specialising in Corporate Law. Your enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service and cultivating local community relationships aligns perfectly with the core values and mission of this esteemed firm.
As a Corporate Solicitor, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including handling Mergers, De-Mergers, and Acquisitions, managing buy-outs and buy-ins, overseeing Joint Ventures, corporate finance matters, restructures, company formations, company law matters, and non-contentious tasks related to Intellectual Property (IP) and data protection.

Salary: £generous
