We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor.

To fulfil the requirements of this role the individual will have experience in and be required to:

  • Open files Dictation Communicate with clients/solicitors/Land Registry/Accountants/Estate Agents
  • Deal with exchanges Complete Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns (SDLT)
  • Create and amend documentation
  • Assemble contracts and auction packs
  • Make appointments and general diary management
  • Assist in the day to day running of the office
  • Deal with Freehold and Leasehold purchases and Sales in high volume covering clients nationwide
  • Participate in marketing activities to include attendance at networking events
  • Attend departmental meetings and training courses
  • Assist all departments with internal enquiries
  • Train and support staff development

It is essential for this role that you can demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism at all times and have a true understanding of the values/policies and procedures Willsons work to.

We are looking for someone who is eager to go the extra mile and shows a real passion in what they do as well as work well under high pressure due to the volume of work required!
