JOB TITLE: Software Support Analyst

LOCATION: Cirencester

WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent |Hybrid - 3 times a week onsite

SALARY: £30k - £33k

THE SOFTWARE SUPPORT ANALYST OPPORTUNITY:

• Observing escalated support tickets via a ticket management system.
• Producing and enhancing reports according to client specifications.
• Administering data imports through editing and creation as needed. R
• equesting clarification on requirements when warranted.
• Swiftly resolving IT hardware issues and configuring new equipment for incoming employees.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in database interaction, utilizing SQL or analogous languages.
• Understanding of general office systems and procedures.
• Competence in IT, web, programming, and database management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
• Strong aptitude for handling data effectively.
