SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER

BIRMINGHAM (3 Times Per Week)

UP TO £75,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits

THE COMPANY

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Developer / Software Engineering Manager to join one of the largest telecommunications companies in the UK. They are undertaking a massive green field project and are looking to accelerate their growth by hiring around 30 engineers to improve their team. They are working on an interesting project and have a great culture. This could be the opportunity for you!

THE ROLE

To qualify for this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in managing small teams and leading projects
  • Extensive experience with either Java, Python, or Typescript.
  • Extensive experience with AWS and other relevant DevOps tools.

THE BENEFITS

The successful Software Engineer Manager will receive a salary of up to £75,000, with a discretionary bonus of up to 10% + a great benefits package.
