Software Developer - Salary c£35,000 DOE plus excellent benefits

Based: Gloucester / Hybrid

Our client, a leading compliance firm are searching for an experienced Software Developer to join their growing team. The position would suit a candidate who has a couple of years’ experience and is looking for develop their career further.

The Business is dynamic and fast moving but with a strong team ethic and would offer a keen developer a chance to grow through shared knowledge and training support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design of software (user interface and backend engineering)
  • Development of IT code, code review and testing
  • Mentoring of junior developers
  • Liasing with internal and external project sponsors to gather requirements.

Candidate Skills and Requirements:

  • Good communication skills written and verbal and an ability to work as part of a team is essential.
  • Computer literate with a passion for software development
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • A good working knowledge of the following skills are required:
  • Microsoft ASP.NET Framework/Core
  • MVC/REST APIs
  • Angular
  • React
  • Microsoft SQL
