Our client, a Facilities Management company have an immediate vacancy for a permanent Soft Services Manager to join their busy team.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Budget management
  • Team meetings
  • HR, Specifically performance management, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Stakeholder and shareholder meetings
  • Processing Time-sheets and assisting with payroll experience

To be considered for this you will need experience of:

  • BICs knowledge and applicable training
  • CAFM Systems IE Concept, Maximo, QFM
  • P & L

Hours 9am to 5pm , 5 days out of 7 to include weekend work on a rota basis.
