Nonstop Care is working with a local authority in East of England that is looking for a social worker to join their Youth Justice Team.

Your Responsibilities:
This role demands an experienced social worker with a deep understanding of contextual safeguarding, youth justice, and the ability to navigate the intricacies of working with at-risk youth involved in issues such as knives, drugs, and gangs. The responsibilities encompass a holistic approach to support, intervention, and advocacy for positive outcomes in the lives of young individuals.
Requirements:
- Hold a professional Social Work qualification and registration (SWE)
- Have the ability to assess and manage risk, with a focus on service-users' safety and well-being
- Post-qualified experience ideally across Youth and/or Leaving Care teams
- Clear, Enhanced DBS
- Full, clear driving license
