Hi! I'm Amory from NonStop Consulting and I'm working with an exciting local authority in the Southeast of England that's seeking an experienced social worker to join their Family Support team!

What will I be doing?

  • Cooperative Team Environment: Work alongside a supportive team structure including ASYE, Social Workers, Senior Practitioners, and experienced managers.
  • Manageable Caseloads: Handle approximately 10 families, allowing you to provide focused attention and support to each case, including Child in Need, Child Protection, Looked After Children, and court proceedings.
  • Utilise Technology: age smart devices and Microsoft Teams for remote working and virtual meetings, minimising the need for frequent office visits and ensuring efficient communication.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker: Hold Social Work England Registration.
  • Completed ASYE: Finished and acquired ASYE
  • Sound Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant childcare legislation.
