Social Worker - Supporting Adults within the Community
An improving local authority based near Walsall is seeking experienced Adults Social Workers to be part of a locality team that focuses on improving outcomes to vulnerable adults and their carers.
Requirements:
- Social Work England Registration
- Extensive knowledge of The Care Act and MCA
- Mosaic experience
- Experience of safeguarding/complex cases/DST's
Qualified Social Workers within the locality team will be working directly out in the community to assess and support adults. As you will be working with Older people and families, the main is is to build relationships and work towards outcomes in the long term. In return the role and authority will offer you more job satisfaction for you as you will be able to see the result from start to finish and experience the impact of your work.
This authority is seeking a forward thinking team member who will promote and deliver positive outcomes for individuals and their carer's. Therefore you will need to demonstrate significant experience of working with people who have adults social work experience.
