Come and be a part of our clients exciting First Response Team where you will help forge their success from the very start, ensuring their children and families are assessed promptly and receive the right service the first time, after assessment.

Their First Response Team operates at the front door with a robust assessment function to assess the needs of the children and families. You'll become part of a highly experienced team who work under the evidence based model towards improving the outcomes for children and young people.

As a team of experienced Managers and Social Workers, you will be closely supported by Morning Lane Associates working under a systemic family therapy model to ensure we meet the needs of children and families. Furthermore, you’ll be in the right place to see first-hand at least 2 of the exciting workplace initiatives our client is involved with, and benefit from a £1m investment in technology to support their front line workers.

Requirements of you as the Social Worker:
  • Social Work England registration
  • Social Work Qualification i.e. CQSW, DipSW or equivalent.
  • Able to pass a clear enhanced DBS check
  • Authority to work in the UK

Salary:
Social Worker / Senior Social Worker - £37,119 - £47,628 plus £1,500 market factor supplement per annum
