Social Worker - Adults

Our Public Sector Client is looking for a Social Worker - Adults.

Hybrid Working.

3 month rolling contract.

Duties of the Social Worker:

• Undertaking comprehensive assessments of individuals and their families in line with the National and Local criteria for services
• Developing, coordinating and delivering comprehensive and appropriate care packages to service users.
• Engaging with the individuals and their families, working in a person-centred approach to empower them and safeguard their welfare.
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings, and collaborating closely with other agencies to ensure a harmonised approach to care.
• Working effectively with individuals who have complex needs, mental and physical and behavioural, promoting their health and well-being whilst ensuring their safety at all times.
• Responding promptly to crisis situations and conducting immediate risk assessments when necessary.
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records, in line with legal requirements and departmental policies.

As a Social Worker you MUST be:

• Social Work England Registered
• 2 years post qualified experience in a statutory setting
• Eligible to work in the UK
• A full UK drivers license holder
