An established company who continues to grow are currently looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager involves reporting to the Brand and Communications Director, planning and executing engaging and targeted digital content for a range of external audiences and focusing on the measurement, channel performance and data driven insights.

  • £45,000 - £48,000

Social Media Manager responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Brand and Communications Director to deliver the content strategy and create comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals
  • Identifying the perfect audience and fine-tuning content across brands to captivate and resonate
  • Proposing and implementing fresh, creative ideas and campaigns to keep our brand in the spotlight
  • Crafting high-quality, on-brand content in collaboration with design, photography and videography
  • Setting up, executing, and fine-tuning social media campaigns, orchestrating budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creativity
  • Managing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximise results.
  • Collaborating with in-house creative teams to maintain a cohesive brand image
  • Using data to provide actionable insights for improving performance, building performance reports that resonate
  • Delivering against performance metrics from reach, engagement, conversion rates, to performance and ROI
  • Amplifying our brand, building awareness business growth from vanity metrics
  • Utilising GA4 to demonstrate the role of organic social in the media mix, understanding of conversion paths and model comparison tool to highlight this
  • Understanding the difference in both soft metric (reach, engagement, CTR) and hard metrics (quality site traffic, lead volume) and how these can be used to plan and inform strategic decisions

Social Media Manager required skills/competencies:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field desirable
  • Experience in setting up, managing and optimising paid campaigns
  • Advanced skills in social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, plus management and tracking platforms like Linktree and Hootsuite
