The role will be to support the content, brand and creative team (and wider Marketing Department) in the continued output of value-focused initiatives, delivering against commercial and brand objectives.
Key duties and responsibilities will include;
- Drafting, scheduling and posting social media content across a range of social platforms.
- Working alongside the Marketing, sales and other internal teams to identify and incorporate engaging/valuable activity into social output.
- Proactive monitoring of social media to identify opportunities for reactive activity and interaction with our audiences.
- Ghostwrite on-message social posts for key external facing colleagues.
- Provide robust reporting of content performance.
- Ensure work is completed in a timely manner, within deadlines, and to an excellent quality, through high attention to detail.
- Communicate out to relevant stakeholders to ensure they know where activity is up to.
- Work closely with relevant members of the team, other departments and external agencies to see tasks through to completion.
- Provide brand guardianship and quality control across social content and communications.
- Identify social content opportunities aligned to business activity.
