Social Media Executive

The team, and business as a whole, are rapidly expanding with lots of investment and this role will play a key role in the next stage of their success. With some key hires across the business already, there's a big year ahead and this is a real evolution time for them.

The business has gone through a lot of positive change over the last few years, from rebranding to investing in a number of store refurbishments and marketing will have a big impact here where you'll be backed up by a healthy budget.

We're looking for...

• Proven experience in across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable creating engaging copy
• Experience within the retail or consumer goods space would be a bonus but not essential
• Ability to multitask and juggle different projects
• You'll live and breathe social media - and constantly keeping up to date on new trends and best practice

You will be...

• Developing and executing an organic social media strategy across various channels
• Analysing follow growth and engagement rates
• Creating engaging content to highlight and promote Sterling Home
• Monitoring response time and customer satisfaction levels
• Competitor analysis - keeping on top of what the industry is doing
• Attending PR Events to represent Sterling Home
