Our client, a market leader in vacant property protection is looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join the team. We are looking for a creative individual, with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate should be full of ideas and enthusiasm with a strong ability to adapt! The chosen candidate will work under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager across channels including organic and paid social, email, Google Ads PPC and content. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of social media and the wider marketing mix!

About the Client:
Our client is the market leader in vacant property protection providing both substantial savings and peace of mind to property owners, whilst offering affordable accommodation to key workers and young professionals in prime locations. We secure empty buildings by placing vetted Guardians into a property to protect them through occupation. The Guardians are made up of young professionals and key workers. This gives owners the peace of mind of a secure building, for little to no cost, while also providing affordable housing in desirable locations.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorming campaign ideas
• Supporting with all company social media accounts
• Monitoring social channels and responding to enquiries
• Fielding CRM enquiries and passing them on to the relevant teams
• Posting on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Reviewing analytics and reporting back on campaign progress/success
• Creating various email campaigns on Mailchimp
• Content creation (copy, images, videos etc)
• Working with various company departments to promote overall brand

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
• Knowledge of analytical tools
• Creative mindset
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a team

Desirable

• Experience/interest in the property industry
• Experience working on social media ad campaigns
• Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop etc.
• Knowledge of Mailchimp
