What you’ll be doing
As the Social Media & Content specialist, you will work closely with the MD and you will be responsible for the delivery of the social media strategy from planning, to designing and scheduling.
You will create all content whilst keeping up to date with the latest digital trends to target the correct audiences – predominantly across LinkedIn but also X and Facebook. This role will also require you to be the key point of contact for any social media engagement, responding and forwarding any enquiries to the correct teams.
You’ll be responsible for tracking and analysing the social campaigns and manage the content accordingly, reporting the management team your findings and providing data lead insights. This role will also allow you to develop content for other digital channels with the perfect platform to progress and develop the role and team.
What experience you’ll need
- At least 2 years’ experience within social media management & content creation
- Sound content creation skills with great attention to detail
- Knowledge or experience within Manufacturing or Engineering will be beneficial
- Good working knowledge of LinkedIn as well as Facebook & Instagram
- Strong visual design skills – using Canva and/or the Adobe Creative Suit
- Working knowledge across both B2B and B2C markets
- To be highly organised, self-motivated and a real team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Someone with confidence – this role is client facing
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
